Only issue is the recorder only has one volume and it’s very very low .So no matter how loud you try to record so it’s audible it can only go up to the volume the recorder is limited too .Received the card, push the button, no beeps. Opened it up and put a new battery in it. Push the button and it beeped. If you continue holding then it beeps twice, then 3 times. Tried recording while holding the button, while not holding the button, never recorded anything. Instructions don't explain the operation well at all. Guess I will give it to my Grandson without a recorded message.The card is beautiful and the recording sounds terrific!Very Satisfied with the cards from this company very well Crafted and constructed!!This card was intended for my granddaughter's birthday. After numerous unsuccessful attempts at recording a greeting, I finally got a very faint recording. I was disappointed because it was not very clear for her to understand and started skipping after she had listened to it a few times. Would NOT buy again. Very disappointed.My daughter and I were embarrassed after we wasted our time recording and re-recording the birthday message to her friend only for it not to work when the card was received. We replayed the recording multiple times after we recorded so there is no question that it was recorded correctly, but when the recipient pressed the play button, there was nothing there.Battery died after 2nd playback!great hit! we gave it to our son on his b'day
