I ordered this for my daughter's 18th Birthday. Unfortunately, she was beyond shocked when she opened the package and found "Mother and Son" packaging. She stated "the necklace was very nice came in a cute box but would improve on packaging it comes in if possible". I reported the problem to Amazon and received a prompt response from seller for an immediate return. In lieu of return I requested the correct packaging. My request was honored immediately and a new package was received by my daughter with a special "thank you" included. Customer service is beyond reproach...I recommend ordering from this seller.
